ATDC, Bhubaneswar celebrated its second anniversary from 24th to 25th July 2009. The programme was inaugurated by Smt. Aarti Ahuja, IAS, and Commissioner cum Secretary, Textiles and Handlooms, Govt. of Orissa. Sri L.N. Nayak, IAS, Director, department of Textiles and Handlooms also graced the occasion.
