ATDC changes its functioning style

The Apparel Training and Design Centre (ATDC) has announced revamping of its functions according to the industry requirements.

ATDC centers will now be classified into three types: ATDC hub, ATDC centre and Satellite Skill Development Project (SSDP). It has also been proposed to locate four regional coordinating offices to act as Edexcel BETEC UK Centres.

For further upgradation and optimal performance of ATDCs, nine centers are provisionally identified as potential centers of excellence.

Various flagship and core courses in the curriculum have also been launched at various ATDC centres to ensure visible improvement in imparting the quality programmes for the students.
